Yes. 0% commission on every ticket you sell, with no limits — no monthly caps, no per-event charges, no "free under 25 attendees" small print. It's not a promotional rate; it's the business model. We earn from optional Pro tools, not from your ticket sales.
What do my guests pay?
The ticket price you set. No booking fee, no service fee, no surprise at checkout. If your ticket says £25, your guest pays £25.
What about card fees?
Card processing is handled by Stripe and applies on any ticketing platform — typically 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards. That fee goes to Stripe, not to us, and we add nothing on top.
Where does the money go when someone buys a ticket?
Straight into your own Stripe account. Roomful never holds your money — which means instant payouts on Stripe's schedule, refunds under your control, and no waiting for a platform to release your ticket revenue after the event.
Can I move my existing events over from Eventbrite?
Yes — and you don't have to do it yourself. Send us your Eventbrite link and we'll rebuild your listings for you, usually the same day. You can run both side by side while you switch, and your guests won't notice anything except the missing fees.
What is Baluu, and why should that reassure me?
Baluu is the UK booking platform Roomful is built on — it powers bookings for thousands of workshops, classes and experiences and processes millions of pounds a year. Roomful is Baluu's event-ticketing product: same engine, same team, zero commission.
What happens when I need more than the free tools?
That's the one place we make money. Optional Pro tools — your own domain, team logins, marketing tools, an AI receptionist for guest questions — come as a monthly subscription you can take or leave. The 0% commission doesn't change either way.
