The Eventbrite alternative that takes 0% of your ticket sales
Eventbrite is where most UK organisers start, and for good reason — it is the name guests recognise, and it will happily sell tickets for you on day one. What it will not do is let you keep the whole ticket price.
Roomful is built for organisers who have outgrown that trade. You keep 0% commission on every ticket you sell, unlimited, and your guests pay the price on the ticket and nothing else.

100 tickets at £25.00. Who takes what?
Platform fees on £2,500.00 of ticket sales — the bit you or your guests hand over before card processing.
Based on 100 tickets at £25.00 each. Card processing (Stripe) applies on every platform, including this one — typically 1.5% + 20p for UK cards, taken by Stripe, not by us. Roomful adds nothing on top. Ever. Eventbrite's published fees checked 27 July 2026.

What Eventbrite does well
- Genuine discovery: Eventbrite has an audience of its own, and some organisers really do pick up incremental sales from people browsing the platform.
- It is the most recognised ticketing brand in the UK, so guests rarely hesitate at the checkout.
- Free events are genuinely free to list, which makes it a sensible home for a no-cost community event.
Why organisers move to Roomful
- The fee is charged per ticket, so the more successful your event, the more it costs — and it is usually your guest who feels it, added on top of the price you advertised.
- Your guest list lives on their platform. Getting your own customer data out, and marketing to it afterwards, is deliberately awkward.
- Your event page looks like an Eventbrite page. Guests remember where they bought, not who they bought from.

We do the rebuild for you, free. You check it and go.
Send us the link
Paste the URL of your current Eventbrite event. You do not need to cancel or unpublish anything first.
We rebuild it for you
We recreate the event, ticket types, prices and capacity on Roomful, free, and send it back for you to check. Most are ready the same day.
Connect your Stripe
Ticket money goes directly into your own Stripe account from the first sale. It never sits in a Roomful balance waiting on a payout schedule.
Point your audience at the new link
Swap the link on your website and socials. You can keep the Eventbrite listing running alongside it while you move across — there is no lock-in either way.

The questions everyone asks.
Is Roomful really 0% commission, or is there a catch?
It is genuinely 0% commission on every ticket you sell, unlimited. The only cost on a ticket sale is card processing, typically 1.5% + 20p for UK cards, and that is taken by Stripe, not by us. We make our money from optional paid features rather than from your ticket sales.
Do my guests pay a booking fee on Roomful?
No. Your guests pay the price on the ticket and nothing else. There is no booking fee, service fee or per-order fee added at checkout.
Can I move an event that is already selling on Eventbrite?
Yes. Send us the link and we rebuild it on Roomful for free, usually the same day. You can run both listings side by side while you move your audience across.
When do I get the ticket money?
As tickets sell, into your own Stripe account. Roomful uses direct charges, so the money never sits in a platform balance waiting for a payout run after the event.
What happens to my existing attendee list?
Export your attendees from Eventbrite and we will import them, or we will do the import for you as part of the free migration. Your guest data stays yours — exporting it from Roomful is always free.
